Well as predicted I have not been posting very often. Been too busy (and not much news to report). The weather has been against me ride-wise. It seems to rain every time I plan a ride. Last Saturday was not too bad in Corvallis (so I heard) but Steph and I drove to Grants Pass to visit the nieces. We had not seen them since our trip to Australia and therefore had pictures to show and trinkets to hand out. One bit of "news" for those who don't already know, Stephanie and I are moving. Nothing huge, just across town. This place is just to loud. College parties and major traffic noise were just too much. A co-worker mentioned a duplex next door to him would be opening up and we'll be moving in early May. Its closer to more coffee shops, resturaunts and the "granola" grocery store. Its also closer to Campus, but seems to be a more quiet neighborhood and slower street.
Back on the weather front, today looks to be the best day this week...only small chances of showers ! Then the big rains are back (this weekend we're going to visit my Dad and Ielean at the coast, so probably no rides, but hopefully a hike or two). But today I ride the new bike for only its second time. Since the Mudslinger I have re-built it with lighter parts (although my titanium post is still not here) and it lost some serious weight--almost 4 pounds ( now if I could just do the same) I'll try to get some pics on soon to liven this place up, Later, Gregg.
